tratamentului modern<\/b><\/h1><p><b>Cancerul de col uterin<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> este \u0219i \u00een zilele noastre una dintre cele mai importante tumor ginecologice maligne, totodat\u0103 fiind \u0219i <\/span><b>una dintre bolile tumorale cel mai lesne de prevenit. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gama larg\u0103 de solu\u021bii ale medicinii moderne \u2013 vaccinul anti HPV, screeninguri moderne \u0219i tehnologii chirurgicale tot mai precise\u00a0 \u2013 ofer\u0103 o \u0219ans\u0103 real\u0103 stop\u0103rii apari\u021biei bolii, respectiv vindec\u0103rii dac\u0103 este depistat\u0103 din timp.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acest articol prezint\u0103:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de ce <\/span><b>nu e bine s\u0103 a\u0219tept\u0103m apari\u021bia simptomelor<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">,<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">cum poate fi prevenit cancerul de col uterin,<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">care sunt <\/span><b>posibilit\u0103\u021bile de tratament, \u00een func\u021bie de stadiul bolii<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">,<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u0219i ce rol poate avea <\/span><b>chirurgia minim invaziv\u0103 (laparoscopic\u0103 \u0219i asistat\u0103 de robot) <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00een cazuri selectate cu grij\u0103.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><b>Apari\u021bia cancerului de col uterin \u2013 ce trebuie s\u0103 \u0219tim despre aceasta?<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Marea majoritate a cazurilor de cancer de col uterin se formeaz\u0103 pe baza unei infec\u021bii <\/span><b>HPV (Human Papillomavirus). <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Virusul se r\u0103sp\u00e2nde\u0219te pe cale sexual\u0103 \u0219i este extrem de frecvent: o mare parte dintre femeile \u0219i b\u0103rba\u021bii activi din punct de vedere sexual se infecteaz\u0103 cel pu\u021bin odat\u0103 \u00een via\u021b\u0103.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Important de subliniat:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Infec\u021bia cu HPV \u00een sine nu este egal\u0103 cu cancerul.<\/b><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00cen majoritatea cazurilor sistemul imunitar \u00eenvinge virusului \u00een decurs de c\u00e2\u021biva ani.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cu toate acestea, \u00een cazul unei infec\u021bii persistente cu HPV cu risc ridicat, pot ap\u0103rea <\/span><b>afec\u021biuni precanceroase<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, urmate de <\/span><b>cancer cervical invaziv<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> pe parcursul a mai multor ani.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>Acest proces lent este motivul pentru care preven\u021bia \u0219i controlul periodic <\/span><b>sunt extrem de eficiente<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>S\u0103 nu a\u0219tept\u0103m simptomele \u2013 de ce este periculoas\u0103 am\u00e2narea?<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Unul dintre cele mai mari pericole ale cancerului de col uterin este faptul c\u0103 <\/span><b>\u00een stadiu incipient este complet asimptomatic<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Afec\u021biunile \u2013 de exemplu:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">s\u00e2ngerare dup\u0103 actul sexual,<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">s\u00e2ngerare vaginal\u0103 neobi\u0219nuit\u0103,<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dureri pelvine,<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">apar, \u00een cele mai multe cazuri <\/span><b>mai t\u00e2rziu, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">c\u00e2nd boala este \u00eentr-un stadiu mai avansat.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Mesajul cel mai important:<\/b><b><br \/><\/b><b>Nu a\u0219tepta\u021bi apari\u021bia simptomelor, ci preveni\u021bi aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">scade semnificativ num\u0103rul infec\u021biilor cauzate de tipurile HPV de mare risc,<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">astfel <\/span><b>diminueaz\u0103 drastic \u0219ansele de apari\u021bie a cancerului de col uterin<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vaccinarea:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00een mod ideal se recomand\u0103 \u00eenainte de \u00eenceperea vie\u021bii sexuale,<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dar <\/span><b>este util \u0219i la adul\u021bi,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> chiar \u0219i pentru cei care sunt activi din punct de vedere sexual.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h3><b>Screeningul pentru cancer de col uterin<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pilonii de baz\u0103 ai screeningului modern:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>examen citologic (test Papanicolau)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">,<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>screening pe baz\u0103 de HPV<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, respectiv<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">combina\u021bia celor dou\u0103.<br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Scopul controlului periodic nu este identificarea cancerului, ci <\/span><b>tratamentul din timp a st\u0103rilor precanceroase,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> c\u00e2nd interven\u021bia este minor\u0103, \u021bintit\u0103 \u0219i rezult\u0103 vindecare total\u0103.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>Tratamentul afec\u021biunilor precanceroase ale colului uterin \u2013 o \u0219ans\u0103 real\u0103 pentru recuperarea complet\u0103<\/b><\/h2><p><b>Una dintre cele mai tari arme <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00een lupta \u00eempotriva cancerului de col uterin nu este tratamentul tumorii \u00een sine, ci <\/span><b>depistarea \u0219i tratamentul din timp al afec\u021biunilor precanceroase. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prin tratamente adecvate aceste modific\u0103ri <\/span><b>nu se vor transforma \u00een cancer <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u0219i <\/span><b>se poate ob\u021bine vindecare complet\u0103 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00een urma interven\u021biei.<\/span><\/p><h3><b>Ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 afec\u021biunile precanceroase ale colului uterin?<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Infec\u021bia persistent\u0103 cu HPV cu risc ridicat poate provoca <\/span><b>leziuni epiteliale anormale<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> la suprafa\u021ba colului uterin, denumite colectiv <\/span><b>CIN (neoplazie intraepitelial\u0103 cervical\u0103)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>CIN 1<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: adesea poate regresa de la sine<\/span><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>CIN 2\u20133<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: afec\u021biuni precanceroase reale, tratamentul lor este <\/span><b>esen\u021bial<\/b><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Important de subliniat: <\/span><b>acestea \u00eenc\u0103 nu sunt tumori, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ci leziuni care, <\/span><b>de-a lungul anilor <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pot duce la apari\u021bia cancerului de col uterin \u2013 dac\u0103 nu intervenim din timp.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>LLETZ \u0219i coniza\u021bie \u2013 interven\u021bii minore cu importan\u021b\u0103 major\u0103<\/b><\/h2><h3><b>LLETZ (Loop Electrosurgical Excision Procedure)<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cu procedura LLETZ folosim o bucl\u0103 electric\u0103 sub\u021bire:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00eendep\u0103rt\u0103m zona afectat\u0103 a pielii,<\/span><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">p\u0103str\u00e2nd \u00een acela\u0219i timp c\u00e2t mai mult \u021besut s\u0103n\u0103tos posibil.<\/span><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><b>Avantaje:<\/b><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">interven\u021bie de scurt\u0103 durat\u0103, \u00een ambulator,<\/span><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">durere \u0219i s\u00e2ngerare minim\u0103,<\/span><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">vindecare rapid\u0103,<\/span><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ob\u021binem prob\u0103 adecvat\u0103 pentru examinare histologic\u0103.<\/span><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3><b>Coniza\u021bie<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00cen timpul coniza\u021biei:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">partea anormal\u0103 a colului uterin este <\/span><b>\u00eendep\u0103rtat\u0103 \u00eentr-o sec\u021biune \u00een form\u0103 de con<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">,<\/span><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">se poate ob\u021bine un diagnostic histologic precis,<\/span><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dac\u0103 este necesar, reprezint\u0103 <\/span><b>un tratament definitiv<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acest lucru este extrem de important:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00een caz de valori CIN ridicate,<\/span><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la leziunile cu margini incerte,<\/span><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sau dac\u0103 apare suspiciunea unui proces invaziv.<\/span><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h2><b>Vindecare total\u0103 \u2013 nu este exagerare, este un fapt<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cel mai important mesaj pe care trebuie s\u0103-l ia la cuno\u0219tin\u021b\u0103 toate femeile:<\/span><\/p><p><b>\u00cen urma tratamentului afec\u021biunilor precanceroase ale colului uterin se poate ob\u021bine vindecarea total\u0103.<\/b><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u021aesutul bolnav este \u00eendep\u0103rtat.<\/span><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Procesul de formare al cancerului <\/span><b>se \u00eentrerupe<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00cen continuare, cu controale periodice, pacienta <\/span><b>poate avea o via\u021b\u0103 complet\u0103<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00cen multe cazuri:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">nu este nevoie de opera\u021bie ampl\u0103,<\/span><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">nu este nevoie de radioterapie sau chimioterapie,<\/span><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u0219i se p\u0103streaz\u0103 \u0219i fertilitatea.<\/span><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h2><b>Cancerul de col uterin: posibilit\u0103\u021bi de tratament \u00een
